Spa Policies & Procedures
At The Renewal Spa, we commit to providing a unique and outstanding therapeutic massage and spa experience. Out of consideration for both the therapist’s and all clients’ time and well-being, we adopt the following policies and procedures.
Late Cancellation and No Show Policy
We request that you give 24 hours’ notice to cancel or modify your spa appointment to avoid a 50% late cancellation fee. If you need to call and cancel or modify your appointment within the 4 to 24 hour window before your scheduled appointment time, your card on file with us will be charged for 50% of the cost of the services you booked. Any applicable booking deposit will simply be applied as payment.
Cancelling or modifying your appointment within four hours or fewer notice will be charged in full for the appointment, as it will be counted as a no show.
Clients who fail to arrive at the salon for an appointment will be charged the full amount due for the booked services.
No-call/no-shows may affect scheduling future appointments.
Exceptions may be considered for true emergencies. Thank you kindly for understanding.
Booking Online & Cards on File
The payment system for The Renewal Spa, while located at Harlow Gold Salon, is available on our booking page. The Harlow Gold online booking does NOT have services linked for The Renewal Spa. To book an appointment, you must create an account, and place a credit or debit card on file. For established clients prior to January 2025, please ask Courtney for your account details. Your account is likely already established with the email address we have on file.
All appointments booked online REQUIRE a 50% deposit, which will be saved to your client profile. If you require a refund for a deposit collected on an appointment that was cancelled with enough advance notice, please reach out to us. The deposit is non-refundable in the case of cancellation within the tardiness window (see Late Cancellation and No Show policy above.)
If you book through the salon, you will be asked to save a card on file. This is for your convenience and our security. Thank you.
Upon Your Arrival
Please arrive for your appointment 10 minutes prior to your scheduled starting time. This allows a relaxed and unrushed experience, and gives you time for any paperwork or updates. Learn more about parking in Old Town Fort Collins.
If a late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may need to be shortened or rescheduled. We do not issue refunds in these circumstances.
In special cases, when our schedules will allow, we may be able to accommodate partial or full appointment. We will do so at our discretion, and with proper notice of your late arrival. The original service fee will be charged, as per our Late Cancellation and No Show Policy (above.)
Additional Fees
Some services require additional fees based on certain criteria. These fees are disclosed in the service descriptions on the pages for our services. One example of an additional fee is an extra $35 for a men’s Brazilian hair removal service.
