The physiology of relaxation and its impact in producing effective structural change is a key component of all of our treatments. We ourselves practice regular self-care here at the Renewal Spa, discuss it frequently with our clients, and look forward to helping you achieve your self-care goals.

 Courtney is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and Licensed Esthetician (LE). She offers premium body treatments,  skin care, and hair removal services to our clientele.
