All massage services include hot towel therapy and your choice of essential oil.
Each service’s allotted time is the amount of time you’ll spend on the table. Please plan for an extra 15 minutes before and after your service to allow for a consultation and time to redress & check out.
Customized Massage
Massage therapy calms the body and relaxes the mind. It can also improve circulation, relieve muscle tension, and strengthen the immune system, among various other benefits.

**Hot towels and Aromatherapy are offered on a complimentary basis with all massage sessions. 60 and 90 minute massage sessions begin with a foaming foot soak with Himalayan and Epsom Salts to begin the relaxation process. Please plan on time for a thorough consultation before your session to determine your massage therapy needs and goals.

Hot Stones Massage
Water-heated basalt stones are used to apply soothing massage strokes and deep, penetrating heat to the body. The direct heat relaxes muscles, allowing for more intense manipulation.

Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage is a nurturing service, focusing on the particular needs of mothers-to-be during pregnancy.
Positioning, pillows and cushions are used to enhance support, decrease pressure and increase relaxation for both body and mind.
Mother and baby share in the benefits as stress and tension melt away, leaving Mama feeling balanced and energized. Benefits include relief of stress on the feet, ankles, lower back and neck, as well as reducing swelling. It is advised that you consult with your doctor to see if prenatal massage is right for you before booking your appointment. Additional restrictions may apply. Please indicate at the time of booking where you are in your pregnancy journey, from trying, to a few weeks in, to 6 months along, etc. We require this information for your safety, and we always respect your confidentiality.
Note: Full body hot stone massage is contraindicated for pregnancy.

Complete Feet Start your service with a hot Epsom salt foot soak. During your service, your feet will be gently exfoliated with an enzyme peel and scrub, concentrating on reducing dry, calloused areas. A nourishing and detoxifying mask will be applied, and your feet wrapped in warmth. Finally, your fresh new feet will be massaged with hydrating body cream $20
